This is a great product that I am very please with, maintains my energy throughout the day, I got brain fog after surgery from fracture, but now my memory and focus are almost normal, I am presently taking one vial every morning.
I have been using Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan primarily for travel with regards to extended periods of time sitting in a car, plane, etc. It can aid with digestion, to help to prevent sluggish bowels creating hemorrhoids. I start 2 or 3 days before and 2 or 3 days following travel. This works for me as others may use differently.
